After working at Cal Poly University and UCSB, she sought a career change that led her to senior living, a field where she has excelled since 2021. Her experience has been instrumental in helping numerous families navigate the complexities of moving their loved ones into the right senior living communities across Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties.

In 2019, Michelle became the primary caregiver for her disabled, aging mother. This personal experience gave her a profound understanding of the challenges faced by caregivers and seniors alike. Inspired by her journey, Michelle is committed to finding the best fit for each individual and their family, ensuring everyone feels at home.
